1.1 Telephone

We are available from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (CET) from Monday to Friday.

You can e-mail us by completing the contact form. We will respond as soon as possible.
2. Online purchase
2.1 How to shop on hidesins.com
To browse our catalogue, select a category from the navigation menu or use the search icon.
You can refine results using the filters available in each category.
To view product details, click on the item to open its product page, where you will find available sizes, colors, images and other information.
When you have made your choice, select the size and color and click “add to cart”.
To proceed with your order, click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then on “checkout”.
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order details.
If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
2.2 Checkout
You can complete your purchase by logging in to your account or continuing as a guest.
By creating an account, you can easily access your order details and speed up the checkout process.
2.3 Cancel or change an order
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within a few minutes after placing it.
Unfortunately, once we begin processing your order, cancellations or changes will no longer be possible.
2.4 My order has been declined
If your order is declined, please check that all information entered is correct.
If everything is correct, contact your credit card provider and then, if necessary, our customer service.
2.5 Pre-orders
HIDESINS currently does not offer pre-orders.
2.6 Product price
Purchases on HIDESINS are reserved for private end customers.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
An invoice is issued for every order and sent with the parcel.
Please note: once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify invoicing details.
2.7 Gift option
HIDESINS currently does not offer a gift option.
2.8 Packaging
All orders are shipped in HIDESINS packaging.
3. Account and registration
3.1 Advantages of creating an HIDESINS account
Creating an account allows you to:
receive special promotions
save billing and shipping addresses
save payment details
save your cart
create a wishlist
easily access your details and order history
3.2 Changing your account details
You can update your details at any time from your account page.
You can modify all details except your registered country.
If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link.
3.3 How to create an account
To create an account, provide your name, surname, e-mail address, password and date of birth.
You can also register after completing a purchase by inserting a password.
If you cannot access your account, please try resetting your password.
3.4 How to delete an account and unsubscribe from the newsletter
To delete your account, please contact us at info@hidesins.com
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.
3.5 Privacy rights (GDPR)
HIDESINS ensures transparency and protection of your personal data according to GDPR.
You may:

request deletion or restriction of use
request data portability
refuse marketing communications

4. Payments and refunds
4.1 Payment methods
HIDESINS accepts the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Credit and debit cards
PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Payment details are processed securely using SSL encryption technology.
4.2 Payment charges
Payment is processed in two steps:
authorisation: verification of payment details
acquisition: transfer of the reserved amount when the order ships
4.3 Refunds
Once your return has been received and verified, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Refunds are issued the same day and may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
5. Shipping and returns
5.1 Shipping times and costs
Free shipping within Europe
Delivery in 4 working days
You will receive a tracking number once the parcel has shipped.
Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
5.2 Where we ship to
HIDESINS currently ships within Europe only.
Select your shipping country from the top right corner of the website.
The order must be placed on the website version of the country you wish to ship to.
5.3 Pick up in boutique
HIDESINS currently does not offer boutique pick-up.
5.4 Shipping to multiple addresses
It is not possible to deliver to multiple addresses.
Place separate orders for different destinations.
5.5 Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders with these addresses will be cancelled.
5.6 Signature on delivery
All deliveries require a signature from the customer or a delegate over 18.
5.7 Track your shipment
You can track your shipment using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have an account, you can also check your order status there.
5.8 Choose delivery date
It is not possible to choose a specific delivery date or time.
5.9 Returns and exchanges
You can return items within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items must be returned unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
To request a return:
Ensure the items are in their original condition.
Complete the return request form (if available) or contact customer service.
Pack the items securely (preferably in the original box).
Ship them back using a courier of your choice.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
Exchanges are not available; if you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
5.11 Returns in boutique
HIDESINS does not currently offer in-store returns.
5.12 Returns acceptance
Once your return has been verified, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
6. Product information and sizing
6.1 How to select your size
Please check the “size guide” on each product page.
6.2 Product sizing
The size indicated on the label is shown on every product page and converted into your country’s corresponding size.
6.3 Authenticity
HIDESINS products are sold exclusively through:
HIDESINS online store
HIDESINS authorised retailers
We do not sell through individuals, street vendors or unauthorised websites.
